Joe Allen

Branch Manager

Joe is responsible for managing the Runnymede and Spelthorne branches. Joe has over 15years of care experience.

Joe is a hands-on manager, very welcoming, dedicated to providing excellent service for Nightingales clients and staff members. Ensuring every individual's well being, values are being respected.

Mark Taylor

Company Director

Mark is one of Nightingale's Homecare company Directors. He alongside his daughter had a vision of providing the highest standard of care, ensuring person centre care, encouraging and promoting independence, ensuring clients feel valued and also their staff members fully valued.

Ensuring the best possible training for all care staff, listening to their clients, and ensuring things are put into place as soon as possible. Ensuring a safe and well-led service.

Eloisa Mortimer

CEO

Eloisa is one of Nightingales Homecare company directors. Alongside her father, they had a vision to provide the highest person-centred care in the area. Eloisa is also the company's nominated individual.

Eloisa believes in a hands-on approach and is always out and about with care workers & clients ensuring satisfaction in all areas of the company.

Louise Young

Louise is Nightingales Homecare Client Co-ordinator.

Louise has worked in care for over 10years. Louise Ensures all clients care plans are person centred, Louise also completes all our assessments for new clients. Louise prefers a hands on way of working as she feels this ensure clients are delivered the best support with their care.

Louise also won Surrey homecare Carer of the year award 2023.
